Cooking is Wiktor's great passion and his whole life is focused around this art. He graduated in International Hospitality Management & Culinary Art from the University of Derby in Great Britain, over the years he gained experience in many countries such as Denmark, Spain and England, as confirmed by prestigious Michelin guide “stars” and reviews from culinary critics. Wiktor boldly reaches for unique flavour combinations, guided by the principle that every day in the kitchen is an art that requires openness and creative thinking. Our chef values and cares for the relationships in the team in which he works, believing that harmonious cooperation in the kitchen results in spectacular effects on the plate.
